Alchimia is the only reference produced whose name does not refer to a specific grape variety but to a concept. Every year I take up my personal challenge in vinifying grapes not present in the company file with more extreme winemaking techniques. The research work began in 2019, using grapes grown by producers who I believe are in line with my philosophy. The idea is to break the routine of repeatable winemaking by experimenting with new techniques and varieties, offering the market a deliberately refined product that cannot be repeated over the years.
