Moscato Bianco is a common grape in Monferrato, often vinified as a passito or sweet wine. Mine is a dry interpretation, in which the aromatic characteristics of the variety are expressed without the aid of the perception of sweetness. Conceived to be a gastronomic wine, it lends itself to interesting pairings with fish dishes
