Riesling italico, Orange wine, year 2020

Wine of Slovenian/Georgian inspiration. The grapes were destemmed and crushed to allow the maceration of the skins, which lasted 3 weeks. After racking, the wine continued to refine in small barrels. The presence of the two superstructures was designed to offer a decisive and direct product.
