FENICE

White wine made from 100% Timorasso grapes, aged in steel barrels for 12 months. The history of Timorasso dates back to ancient times, but it is only in recent years that it has been rediscovered and appreciated for its undeniable qualities, which is why in 2019 I decided to plant a vineyard of this variety. Its distinct acidity allows for longevity in the bottle, such that it can be forgotten in the cellar for years or opened just a few months after bottling.
