Venticento

Red wine produced from 100% Grignolino grapes, aged in steel barrels for 24 months.

Grignolino is one of the most characteristic native vines of Monferrato. The particular winemaking technique, which involves the use of grapes at different stages of ripeness, allows you to find roundness and persistence in the glass. In the 2017 and 2018 vintages, some of the grapes were harvested when overripe, while in 2019 the grapes were harvested shortly after veraison and phenolic ripening, obtaining a more slender wine that is suitable for serving even in summer at a lower temperature.
