Red wine produced from 100% Freisa grapes, aged in steel barrels for 36 months.

The choice of this grape variety was made in an attempt to re-evaluate a variety associated with an easy-drinking and undemanding wine, to restore complexity and unexpressed potential.

The aging in steel allows to preserve as much as possible the characteristics of the grape, without the contamination of flavors returned by the wooden barrels.
